Round 6 Creative Ltd runs Shotfolio and is responsible for the personal data it handles.

What we keep

Your email address, your sign-in sessions, your credit history, the photos you upload and the images made from them. We remove location and camera data from photos when you upload them.

Who else sees it

Your photos are processed by Magnific, the image service that makes your images. Magnific may keep copies of photos and results under its own terms. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Sign-in emails are sent through our mail provider.

How long we keep it

Photos and images stay until you delete them or your account. If you do not sign in for 12 months, we delete your photos and images. We email you 30 days before. Your account and any unused credits stay.

Your choices

You can delete any run, or your whole account, from inside Shotfolio. For anything else, including a copy of your data, write to hello@round6.co.
